The Reason We Stay.
The Reason We Build.

From distributors simply selling products to becoming people on a Mission.

Open on the title. Read the subline slowly — it is the whole arc of the talk: from selling products to being on a mission.
Objective

What we’re here to do

1

Understand the difference between Mission, Vision, and Purpose.

2

Discover why successful distributors stay for years, even decades.

3

Connect your personal dreams to the mission of Lifestyles.

4

Have a renewed sense of purpose that will fuel consistent action even when there are rejections, challenges, and delays.

Four objectives, one reveal each. Number 4 is the real promise — say it with weight.
The Reason

Hindi ka na lang magnenegosyo dahil kailangan mong kumita…

…but because you have a REASON bigger than you.

If the mission is clear…

  • hindi ka madaling ma-discourage.
  • hindi ka madaling sumuko.
  • hindi ka madaling ma-distract.

Because people who know WHY they are building… will always find a way HOW.

Build it line by line. The three “hindi ka madaling…” lines land as a rhythm — keep the same cadence for all three.
Question

If Lifestyles disappeared tomorrow…

Would the world lose something important?

Or would nothing really change?

“Think about that.”

Ask it and go quiet. Let the silence do the work before revealing “Think about that.”

Why do you think Lifestyles exists?

Take two or three real answers from the room before moving on.

Today we’re going deeper.

Not why YOU joined.

But WHY Lifestyles exists.

Three beats, three clicks. This is the pivot of the whole session.
David DeBora
The moment

Many years ago, I heard something that changed the way I looked at this business forever.

  • It wasn’t about income.
  • It wasn’t about bonuses.
  • It wasn’t even about pin levels.

It was when our founder, David DeBora, during the 1st ILC I attended, stood in front of us and said…

Personal story — slow down, first person. That is David DeBora on the right. End the slide hanging on “…and said…” then click to the mission.

TO PROVIDE INDIVIDUALS
WITH A GLOBAL OPPORTUNITY
THAT ENHANCES THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE
AND THE LIVES OF THOSE AROUND THEM

The mission, verbatim. Read it once, then read it again more slowly. This is the line the whole deck stands on.

We are here to

Enhance Lives

Two words. Let the room read them.
The Mission

Why it made me stay

  • Were there times when I wanted to quit?
  • Why this mission reminded me to continue
  • How it changed my life and business decisions
  • How it influenced the way I treat people
  • Why even after 25 years, this mission still guides me
These are your talking beats — tell each one as a short kwento, not a bullet. The 25-years line is the credibility moment.

What’s the difference of our
Mission, Vision and Purpose?

Transition. From here: three definitions, one at a time.

MISSION

Mission answers…

WHY DO WE EXIST?

For Lifestyles… To Provide Individuals with a global opportunity that enhances their Quality of Life and the Lives of those around them.

Everything we do should support this mission.

Definition one. The mission repeats on purpose — repetition is how it sticks.

VISION

Vision answers…

WHAT FUTURE ARE WE BUILDING?

Imagine… millions of people…

  • drinking Intra everyday.
  • healthier families.
  • grandparents watching grandchildren grow because they lived healthier lives.
The photo is the vision — three generations at one table, Intra part of the morning. Reveal the three lines over it.
Vision

Imagine…

Millions escaping generational poverty Parents no longer separated because of overseas work Families eating together Children graduating Dream homes Businesses Vacations Time freedom

That is the future we’re helping create. That is Vision.

Eight reveals, gathering speed — this is the emotional crescendo of the vision section. Land hard on “That is Vision.”

PURPOSE

Purpose answers…

WHY DO YOU PERSONALLY BUILD?

Mission belongs to the company. Purpose belongs to YOU.

Without personal purpose… mission becomes just words.

Definition three — and the turn toward them. “Purpose belongs to YOU” is the pivot to the activity.
Example

“My purpose is to make sure my children never experience the hardships I had.”

“My purpose is to help OFWs come home.”

“My purpose is to become the first millionaire in our family.”

“My purpose is to glorify God by helping people.”

Purpose makes the mission personal.

Four real examples, one at a time. Different voices — read each like a different person said it.
Powerful Statement

Mission tells us WHY we exist.

Vision shows us WHERE we’re going.

Purpose reminds us WHY WE won’t stop.

The three-line summary. Consider having the room read the third line with you.
✦ Activity — 5 minutes

“Write Your Legacy

Twenty years from now. Someone is introducing them on stage.

What do you want them to say about you?

ACTIVITY — 5 minutes, writing. Pill lands alone first, then reveal. Paper out. Quiet room while they write.

“Because of her… our family is no longer poor.”

“Because of him… I became financially free.”

“Because of her… our family became healthier.”

“Because of him… I discovered my purpose.”

Read these as if from the stage, twenty years from now. Slow.

How did that make you feel?

What part of your legacy matters most to you?

If that legacy is important… what should you start doing this week?

Debrief the activity. The third question is the call to action — point at THIS week.
Reflection

Complete these sentences.

  • Lifestyles exists because…
  • I exist in Lifestyles because…
  • The future I want to create is…
Three sentence stems. Give them a minute each, or assign as take-home reflection.
